Our clinic operates on an out-of-network basis, allowing us to focus on individualized care without being restricted by in-network insurance contracts.
We believe healthcare decisions should be guided by what is best for the patient, not by insurance limitations or reimbursement requirements. Because insurance companies may impose restrictions on treatment options, frequency of care, and duration of treatment, we have chosen to operate outside of contracted insurance networks. This allows us greater clinical independence and the flexibility to develop personalized treatment plans based on each patient’s unique needs and recovery goals.
Patients are responsible for payment for services provided, and billing arrangements will be discussed with you before treatment whenever possible. We believe in transparency and want you to understand your financial responsibilities before beginning care.
Please note that we do not provide superbills for submission to insurance companies. If you have questions about our fees or payment arrangements, our team is happy to discuss your options.

PERSONAL INJURY & AUTO ACCIDENT CASES
We work with patients who have been injured in motor vehicle accidents and other personal injury incidents. Depending on the circumstances of your case, we can work with applicable auto insurance providers regarding billing for your treatment.
Each case is reviewed individually to determine the appropriate billing arrangements. Our team can help explain the process and discuss what information may be needed to get started.
ATTORNEY REPRESENTATION & LETTERS OF REPRESENTATION
If you have an attorney representing you in a personal injury case, we can coordinate with your legal team regarding treatment and billing.
We accept Letters of Representation (LOR) and can work with patients and their attorneys to discuss holding billing while a case is pending, subject to the terms of the arrangement and applicable requirements.
